You can return an unused, unworn item within 7 days of delivery, in its original packing. To start a return, send your order number to namaste@mantram360.com or WhatsApp +91 94929 32811. We reply with the return address and next steps.
We refund the item price to your original payment method once the returned item reaches us and is checked. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to the details you give us.

Ordered the wrong size or style? Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we exchange it, as long as the item is unworn.
If the courier cannot complete delivery because the address is incomplete, the phone number is unreachable or nobody is available to receive the parcel, responsibility lies with the receiver.
